I live in my hometown of Bowling Green, Kentucky. I enjoy watching TV sports, including baseball, basketball, football, and futball. Graduated from BGHS in 1986 and was steered into computers, waited until 1992 for WKU to get some real college-level hardware-based computer classes, then dropped out to attend some basic KCTCS courses, including "How To Upgrade, Repair, and Rebuild Computers", in 1997. This was to be my "Everything I Need to Know [About Computers] I Learned in K-Garden" Class, as I used my experiences there to take on an apprenticeship under a local Unisys and military PC worker, then on to my own business. For 6 years I have operated under the local business name "The PC Doctor", but my experience with computers goes back well into the mid-eighties, from my dissatisfaction with high school offerings, to a first job as desk-builder for the local 'ComputerLand' at age 16, up until now. To date I have performed several multi-user environment user system upgrades, complete with intranet backup, for the Dell subcontracting company TAC Worldwide, but my true love [vocation-wise] is building high end Home Theater Computers for personal use and resell, while maintaining and servicing other systems locally to support myself.
