Leveraged media and graphic design expertise to develop engaging marketing and promotional materials, including flyers and advertisements to generate new sales revenues and grow customer base. Drafted social media posts and created videos with eye for viral content strategies. Planned and executed done advertising campaigns such as PetFriendly for Dunkin Donuts in Colombia. I have experience as a specialist in Digital Marketing, development of functions such as SEO, SEM and eCommerce, websites, and promotion in Social Media Accounts. I offer a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Communication with emphasis on Cybermedia, in which I demonstrated a great capacity in the Digital Marketing environment. In addition, I have a Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing which complements my academic training in the field of Customer Service.
