Make me a website similar to this -- 2 • $750 USD

This man turned out to be a huge waste of time. Wasted months of my time and when it was almost ready for some reason disappeared and said he wouldnt be able to to complete the job however promised to send me the files of the work already done. Played me like a fool though and sent files for a clean wordpress install and stopped replying to messages. No explanation or anything. Shame its back to the beginning again!!
