My declaration is an external opinion about the microwave oven technology for a patent-pending invention, which provides systems and/techniques for preferentially directing electromagnetic energy towards colder regions of an object. The patent application was rejected by the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The declaration was submitted as an expert opinion in a request for reconsideration.
