Have more then 8 years of professional experience which includes 5 years of experience in Network Management and 3 years of experience in Technical Support. I have Professional Certifications of CCNP-route, CCNA and JNCIP.I have perfect knowledge of Network devices of multivendor vendor includes Juniper, Alcatel, CISCO, Fortinet etc. I have Good knowledge of Linux and windows operating system and Antivirus solution of different vendor like Norton, Kaspersky, Mcafee, Symantic Etc. I have excellent written and communication skill in English and as a Technical Support I use this skill to communicate directly with the client and gather details of requirement. I also have wide knowledge and experience in reengineering concepts and tools which I use to reengineer the process and improve it to make the business effective and efficient
