Ticketing System for Complaint Management at Internews
In this online application, Users register their complaints & the report is automatically sent via email to the Manager, the manager assigns Officer and again this action is notified via email to Officer and to Complainant as well. After officer resolves issue, he/she updates status on the system & again this is notified to manager & to complainant as well. All the record is stored automatically on online database; monthly reports of different aspects can be generated in HTML and PDF format. URL: http://cms.internews.org.pk System is developed using tools, MY SQL Server, XAMP Server, PHP 5, JQuery, Dreamviewer 8, Photoshop CS and hosted on our local (live) Server with Windows Server 2008 Pro.
