I am Madelyn Son 30 years old. I have been working for 9 years in various IT industry and BPO companies. I have experience in customer support, technical specialist, application support and as a Assistant Manager for 2 years. I am very interested in the position as it suit my skills and experiences in terms of client assistance, documentation and technical support if required. Also in terms of managing people I have the ability and skills to handle such task. I am looking forward to find a company where I can work as a home based contractor but will be able to deliver same quality as I am an onsite employee.
