I provide excellence in academic writing and research as well as business communications. I specialize in essays, articles, literature reviews, dissertations, reports, exams, surveys, and curriculum creation. I hold a Masters degree in Educational Psychology and have both a keen interest and an expertise in developmental psychology and its impact on the learning process. I have had a variety of professional experiences including: teaching for 17 years, both in public schools and in university settings, and, most currently, as an evaluation researcher with an established university. Throughout my career, I have routinely created curriculum for both university courses and for psycho-educational groups as well as conducting evaluative research. As a writer, I have provided numerous reports and reviews to a variety of clientele: educational institutions, government departments, and private businesses. I am a highly competent and proficient writer and researcher who guarantees that work of the highest possible standards and quality is delivered to my clients. I provide excellence and accuracy in both my research and writing and I am committed to meeting my client's deadline requirements. I am also flexible in my approach and welcome the opportunity to work with my client, to ensure that I have met their needs. Employment History University of Alberta 2009-Present - Evaluation Researcher In my current position, I work closely with project stakeholders in the field of applied educational research. I have developed research instruments such as surveys, conducted literature searches, written academic articles for publication, completed ethics applications, collected, coded, entered and analyzed both quantitative and qualitative data, written reports and presented results, and assisted in the dissemination of research knowledge both internally and externally. YWCA of Edmonton 2007-2009 - Manager of the Counselling Centre I was responsible for managing a team of psychologists - I created and implemented policy and programs; evaluated programs and services and submitted written reports to funders. I was also very successful in writing grant and funding applications, bringing in much needed funds for many of the Counselling Centre's programs and services. While at the YWCA, I created the curriculum for "GirlSpace" - a program to help at-risk adolescent girls learn strategies to cope with their lives. The program was piloted in select schools in the Edmonton Public School system.
