My last employment that i've worked for was with Marina Bay Sands as a Senior Operations Control Supervisor (Shift In-charge/Team Leader) since March 2010. My Job Scope as a Senior Operations Control Officer (Team Leader) for Marina Bay Sands includes being the duty shift in-charge for daily operations and Control Room cum Contact Centre. I am also required to attend and resolve inter-department and customer related issue. As Team Leader, it is my primary duty to maintain command and control for every minor and major case that occur within the property, as well as monitor of high profile escorts/events. On a daily basis, my department acts as a nerve centre for key information in order to facilitate and support ground officers/units. I'm also trained to assist with crisis management and normal operation duties. On top of that, I'm in charge of administrative duties that include but are not limited to documentations, audit, daily deployment and duty roster, as well as keeping track of individual allowance and over-time monitoring/ leave application. As a team leader, I am also required to assess my team's individual development, performance and KPI. I'm specialised in investigations/ interrogations and monitoring of anti-vice activities within the property. This includes, monitoring of various alarm types and system, CCTV monitoring, card access control/ tracking, updating/tracking of confidential records and crime analysis, daily report writing and editing/updating. Base on the job scope and responsibilities mention above, I am willing to use my skills at the upmost ability in order to judge and carry out my duties in order to meet the customer requirement.
