Prototyping We have the capabilities to build you a high quality prototype quickly. We also help work out the innovative details of your new product idea and design a product that looks great and can be manufactured economically. DBG Innovations and Technologies use the latest rapid prototyping processes including Stereo Lithography, where parts are generated by computer drawings. Engineering DBG Innovations and Technologies know how to design products so that they can maintain high quality while being easily made by the most modern manufacturing techniques. We use state of the art 3D rapid prototyping programs to analyze and test part designs to address design concerns early. This allows us to produce drawings that can be used by manufacturers to produce your product right. Manufacturing We have had many years of experience working with domestic manufacturers that can make your product and deliver it. We also have access to Domestic OEM manufacturers we send drawings to them for tooling quotes and unit cost. We would be happy to act as a “manufacturing liaison” for you to make sure that all the details of the manufacturing process are handled correctly and quickly.
