Broad Reach
This a consultancy based company. I just showed something like process or movement. The business provides consulting services in the Industrial Relations/Employee Relations field. This service is part of the wider Human Resources area, but deals with 'black and white' issues such as contracts, pay rates, union negotiations, terminations etc. This is important as we are not a recruitment company or other HR firm that sells on a happy people focused message. Our services are more around risk and compliance (not dissimilar to an Accountant or Tax Adviser) and our branding needs to represent this.
