Motley Apartment Management
Motley Apartment Management, is a large real estate apartment rental client in the Northeast. They hired me over 8 years ago because the Yellow Pages, was no longer booking enough apartment renters for them. They own over ten large properties. They have 400 units which have to be rented at an average of $1,000 each. 400 apartments rented to capacity largely using my Internet marketing efforts. 400 apartments at $1,000 rented monthly is $400,000 in apartment rentals a month driven by my Internet marketing. That's $4,800,000 in apartment rentals a year. I've had this client for 8 years. You do the math. BTW the client asked me to stop marketing for a couple of months because they are booked to capacity with a long waiting list. I helped this client generate about 32 million dollars over the years.
