Design & Development: • Designing and preparing preliminary design layouts for HVAC Ducting, Chilled Water & Hot Water Piping; preparing Schematic Riser Diagrams for HVAC Ducting & Piping, Plumbing (Drainage, Water Supply) Layouts, Fire Fighting Layouts, Schematic Riser Diagrams for Ducting & Chilled Water Systems, Fire Fighting & Electrical Coordination Services (CSD) Drawings, Coordination Services Section Drawings and Builders Works Drawings. • Coordinating design calculations as per ASME, API standards; submitting drawings to consultant and getting approval; coordinating with Consultant, Client, Site Inspection and Site Engineers; overseeing the development of overall plot plan, equipment layout, piping material specifications, piping routing study, vessel nozzle orientation and plant design review; preparing HVAC Ducting, plant layout, equipment layout and basic designs for plant layouts. • Undertaking duct sizing as per constant friction method and drafting of single line duct routing; calculating Heat Load (using HAP - Hourly Analysis Program), ESP and Pump Header; handling the selection and sizing of pumps & piping, piping support, valve selection, preparation of piping layout as well as BOM calculation; preparing BOQ for HVAC.
