Sr. QA Lead & SONY FQA Supervisor (India) Functionality Testing & Compliance Testing ( PS4. PS Vita, PS3 and PSP consoles) My responsibilities as a Project Lead and Supervisor • Supervising FQA process (UAT - User Acceptance Testing) for SONY • Task allocation and Monitoring the Project Leads • Documenting, implementing, monitoring, and enforcing all processes and procedures for testing as per the standards defined by our organization. • Assigning the task to all Testing Team members (Also, according to the tester skills to increase their efficiency and for more high quality productive results). • Keeping track of new requirements from/for the Project. • Escalating the issues about project requirements (Software, Hardware, Resources) to Project Manager/ Test Manager. • Sending the Status Report (Daily, Weekly etc.) to the Client. • Communicating by means of Chat / emails etc. with the Client. • Acting as the single point of contact between the Development team and the Testers.
