Salverson Residence
JM Design Studio began working with the owners during the design development phase. Project programming was discussed, including interior and exterior building materials, space requirements, and lot constraints. A number of concept designs were presented, which addressed the owners' desires for direct access to the basement from the garage, an open floor plan for the kitchen/living spaces, and a screened in three seasons porch. JM Design Studio then provided a complete set of construction drawings to the owners in order to obtain bids.
