I was an Executive Assistant to the CEO of a private company based in the US. I have experiences managing tasks in a timely manner. I am a reliable, competent, trustworthy, well organized, proactive, confident and diligent problem solver. I have handled human resources management on this job and conduct trainings for the newly hired employees. I am knowledgeable in wix.com. I used Trello in managing my tasks in a timely manner. I have gained more than five years of experience as technical support in a telecommunication company based in USA and Canada and I have 1 year of experience as customer support in eBay. I do follow-ups from time to time to my customers back then to check and verify if they are satisfied with the services our company has provided them. I always make my shift productive and enjoy working for and with people. And this makes me a born communicator, and I know how I need to work with different issues that depend on your needs.
