Accountability The Product Developer is accountable to: • Always work with the customer in mind • Teach/train the Production team members and suppliers about the customers • Observe how customers react to trends and contemporary life to be prepared to communicate with the division designer Set the goal: Trend • Follow the trends and draw conclusions on what to prioritize and focus on in the specific market

Design & product development for buyer like Trends, KHG, Sun Garden, Zelection, FOX, Vardinon, Gilbert, Area Store Etc. Managing sampling operations, product development, selection of designs Interpreting market trends / colors and developing fabrics & surface design for complete home furnishing range based on customer mood boards and trends with the design team. Co-coordinating with Buyers for all new developments, sampling, and production & on time delivery of shipments.
