Since I'm the one who managed the accounting project, the company decided to "productize" the software we customized. I've became the person in charge of developing the system more, give detailed presentation to the client, and interpret back to the developer the need for improvement. Project kept coming and the company started hiring more developers. But all these capable developers need someone to manage them who can engage with clients, and I got promoted to PM ERP projects. Successfully managed 2 projects in 1 year -- 1 ink cartridge manafucaturing -- 1 ERP accounting system of a Fishing Company. We were using ADempiere (open source ERP) and customizing it as we see it fit for the client's requirements.

Started my work as a java developer of an ERP (ADempiere) software. I was a developer and at the same time the team lead. It's my first big project after graduating from college. The customization we made for the open source ERP system is almost more than 50%. The project development ended after a year of study, given the high learning curve of business process of the ERP and me as new to Java development.
