CTI Integration with RDB Pro Net CRM
RDB Pro Net is a recruitment software database application from First Choice Software, it is extensively used in recruitment agencies to facilitate the process of hiring of candidates for their clients for the posted jobs. Those organizations using RDB Pro Net use it for 1. Organizing their contacts 2. Update their job postings 3. Manage the applicants for relevant jobs and scheduling their interviews. 4. A user can schedule their tasks for daily basis using activity diaries for smooth operation of daily basis. In this project I developed a plugin i.e approved from the RDB Pro Net application store to integrate Cloud Call API with RDB Pro Net to provide their users with the ease of calling through the cloud using Cloud Call API. After the integration with CloudCall Click & Contact Center the call center agent can perform the below mentioned steps: • Can make inbound and outbound call to the customer or vice versa from the CRM record. • Agent can easily save the notes against each
