PodOmatic Podcast Player - iPhone Objective-C App - Design
PodOmatic is a native Objective-C iPhone app currently deployed on the App Store and is highly rated - https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/podomatic-podcast-player-free/id648258566?mt=8 I have been involved with this project for over two years, initially tasked with the complete overhaul of the existing app. I assisted in shaping a modern design which is reflected in the final product. The app features and makes use numerous technologies including: - Interface with a custom REST API; - Facebook SDK login; - Geolocation; - AFNetworking; - Apple Push Notifications; - Streaming audio, with background playback support; - Multiple versions managed with Git flow; - Builds distributed via TestFlight.
