Hi Fidelity IT, Inc. was created in 2002. It's founders had been working in the industry for several years as consultants, and felt that they could offer something more to customers than the average consulting company. This is a company that is committed to staying abreast of new technology while keeping their eyes open to the true potential or lack thereof. It is true all too often that new technologies are developed and raved as being the best thing since sliced bread, then a year later everybody asks, what were we thinking. You definitely do not want your enterprise system based on one of them. We are departing from the well traveled roads where salesmen sell the latest and greatest and then the development team is left trying to make unproven technologies work where they were never intended in the first place.
So, how are we different? First off, our engineers are our sales staff. Therefore, you will never hear from a salesman that he must check with the engineering team to determine if what you want is possible. Your contact will know because he will be taking part in architecting and developing your application. Further, by doing this we eliminate the communication barriers that most companies have between sales staff and the engineering team, which causes salesmen to make promises that the engineers cannot keep.
Further, we strive to treat the customer with the utmost respect and go beyond what is necessary to make them happy. The most valuable sales staff any company can have are its prior customers. We want to make them so happy that the Hi Fidelity IT name comes up routinely in conversations with peers and coworkers. When they are then looking for a solution to their problems, they will automatically call us given all the rave reviews.
We will also involve our customer in all phases of a project to the maximum extent possible. We may be providing a solution, but the customer has to live with it. Therefore, while the development process may go over flawlessly, if the solution does not fully meet customer needs, and they realize it months later, it is going to fall back on us. We want to ensure that both our customers' and our own expectations and desires are on the same page, and that everyone remains well informed.
