Nasamat Al-Riyadh Housing Complex – Riyadh
The project concept is to develop a suburb on the Thumama Area in Riyadh city. The project comprises 2000 villas of different sizes and 2000 apartments. The overall population of the suburb is expected to be between 25,000 and 30,000. In addition to the residential facilities the project contains the following functions: commercial and administration facilities, open courts and restaurants, three different types of schools, recreational area and social club, polyclinics, kinder garden and other supporting facilities. The site area of the project is about 3,000,000 m2 and the total built up area is 1,500,000 m2
