Assisted Operation SDH Platform, Customer Movilnet. -Direct Interface between Customer and another working groups. -Developing Service Management Reports for measuring the health of the network and the performance of the different working groups.

SDHLR Assisted Operation Project. Resposibilities: - Provide 1st and 2nd Level Local Support Network to SDHLR (Super-Distributed Home Location Register) & eVPN (enhanced Virtual Private Network) Services. - Manage logical and physical resources of the CDMA's Movistar network. - Control and monitoring of New Cell's Project status of Movistar.
