Complete Continuous Deployment Infrastructure

This project took a change in direction. The direction change was based on discussions with Gustavo and he is 100% correct that a direction change was needed. Would give 5/5 if we could complete the project.

Excellent work (AGAIN). Our project went off the rails due to a design flaw. Gfaraway highlighted this and helped us to identify missing scope. We were able to come to an amicable agreement to get the work done and deliver our automated infrastructure successfully.
