TERMS: 1) All quotes/estimates/purchase orders and or invoices are prepared on the basis of the information provided by you the client and our estimation of the resources/time required to undertake the work at the acceptance of the contract. We reserve the right to review our invoice in the event that the extent of the work required exceeds under any circumstances either the written or oral brief provided at the time of the acceptance of contract or project commencement. 2) Invoicing may be subject to installment payments at agreed project milestones. 3) For invoices of $500 or more, 50% deposit of quote/purchase order/invoice is due upon agreement of project/contract. 4) Balance of quote/purchase order/invoice is due within 7 Days of delivery/completion of project/contract/agreement. 5) Late payment will incur monthly 10% compound interest fee charge based on outstanding invoice balance until full payment is received. 6) All IP/artwork and distribution rights reserved Finesse Studios unless decided by mutual agreement. 7) All projects/contracts and or briefs undertaken have a "1 client change" inclusive of the price quoted on the project/contract/brief. If there is further changes required, these are an additional cost to the client. 8) Payment is rendered for services by Finesse Studios only unless otherwise specified. 9) Payment is for final artwork only, no working files or development material is subject to delivery with final project.
