Dooley Motors
Dooley Motors is one of the leading Ford dealerships in the South East of Ireland. They approached me to re-design their entire website to be a more accurate reflection of the brand's modern design. The new site had to be easy for the owner's of the dealership to keep updated, especially with the frequent changes in new Ford models as well as their own advertising campaigns. The site is based on the Joomla! content management system, with several modules and extensions being utilised to give the site the required functionality. The process of re-developing their web presence began a few months previous, where I was asked to set up and Facebook page for the dealership. This would boost their reputation around Carlow and create an easy place to share special offers and news items. I set it up as a business page with a custom landing page. I have an Honours Degree in Architectural Technology, while at the moment I'm working on a Masters in renewable energy. I've done a variety of work over the past few years, including extensive freelance web and graphic design. The main reason for joining Freelancer is to make some extra money to get me though college, but also to get experience doing different types of work and working with different people.
