My name is Elena García and I am a translator from Spain. I have worked alongside the United Nations and one of its branches (UNAIDS) translating and proofreading several types of texts. I undertook management, besides translation and proofreading, duties in a translation project of an autobiographical novel. I have also worked as an intern in The Walt Disney Character Voices branch in Spain as a QC of dubbed episodes of various TV shows. In my work, I always make an exhaustive research of information, which leads, after a thorough revision, to good quality and precise translations and competent adaptations of the documents for the Spanish readership and audience. I usually work from English to Spanish, but I also work from Spanish to English and from French to Spanish. I am a lively person and I am always eager to new challenges and to learn new things.
