Manipulating/Importing Text Files in Excel
The attached ZIP file has a macro worksheet in Excel which will open the attached text file (with .SUB extension) and convert to an Excel document, parse out the respondent start/end times and caption values. This is a simple example of manipulating non-XLS files using VBA
