Experience: Freelance - Website Developer/Computer/Network Administrator – Akron, Ohio April 2008 - Present I currently develop design, host, and update websites for various clients in Northeast Ohio. Ratliff & Taylor (American Greetings)-Cleveland, Ohio February 2007 – April 2008 Desktop/Laptop Services Administrator – Level 3 Responsibilities included Managing and Supporting the Field Service Representatives Pilot Program in North Carolina and South Carolina Territories. Managing and Supporting these Territories, included (RIS) imaging with Windows XP and Vista Operating Systems, and configuring the Laptops and Scanning Wands for the FSR PTM Pilot Program along with updating user’s accounts, creating user accounts, password assigning and changing, and E-Mail account creation in Active Directory and Exchange. Klockner Moeller Corporation - Garfield Heights, Ohio May 1993 - February 1994 Electrical Design Engineer Responsibilities included the complete engineering of a project, the designing and drawing of control enclosures, power panels, equipment layouts, and schematics, using Generic Cad and Autocad software. Designed and implemented a large European project using IEC European Standards. Other responsibilities included the ordering of all components necessary for a project, generating bill of materials, calculating fuse sizes, transformers, and motor sizes. Admiral Equipment Company - Akron, Ohio April 1981 - January 1993 Subsidiary of the Dow Chemical Company Computer and Help Desk Supervisor/Documentation Specialist Responsibilities included software and hardware support for the VAX/VMS network, Macintosh PC’s, and IBM computer environments by providing Help Desk support, maintenance and software training. Integrated the VAX network with IBM and Macintosh environments. Also was responsible for all the software training of the end users for Microsoft applications and Cad software. Supported the LAN, which was PC based, and WAN networks, which used the VAX/VMS protocol with access through Ethernet from the IBM side to communicate with the AppleTalk network.
