Entered almost 100 records of candidate’s information from job interview. Data included applicants name, contact no., position applied, current position, current company and source. Reviewed carefully, edited errors, corrected formats and uploaded to Google Docs for sharing with the team. Data used for generating reports which resulted to an increased of hire rate of the company. If an applicant didn’t land the job, he or she can re apply after 2 months. Their contact nos. will be used for a follow up call or text blast informing they can reapply for a certain position. Called and texted almost a hundred persons per day including email campaign of prospected applicants.
