During my professional career, I've written 2 non-fiction books and numerous business plans, handbooks, manuals, resumes, essays, and more. I've edited work to improve grammar (and spelling) for people whose first language is not English. My first book was a layman's guide to state legislatures. It has been used as an introduction to state government for students, and for people who want to understand, participate, and connect with their state government officials. It is currently being updated for a 2nd Edition. I wrote a guide to running a successful state-level political campaign, which included strategy, tactics, timing, volunteering, and fundraising. I have also written copy for many political ads (including mailed literature, TV ads, emails, etc.). I enjoy projects that require basic editing to turning bullet points into readable content.
