Control module for a HVAC system - full design (electrical schematic, PCB routing, firmware) - Centered on an AVR core, it forms a basic PLC system with a central controller board. - Extension bus for future modules (wireless user terminal and wireless temperature sensors are some proposals) - There are several types of I/O boards designed for this system: o Input Module: 8 opto-protected inputs, which can work with both AC and DC voltage. The voltage range depends of the chosen input resistors (5VDC and 220VAC are default configurations) o Output Module: 8 relay power outputs, which can switch both AC and DC o Interface Module: alphanumeric LCD with mini-keypad and LED indicators
