A few days down the line after accepting this candidate nothing is completed, even when asked for updates he would give excuses that he was sick. I have been overly patient with this candidate, and his lack of diligence, has cost me sever losses. We have a strict deadline to launching our website, and that will not occur due to a time waster that will claim to tell you he is working on a job, whilst nothing is being done. I have had to hire another candidate, who from day one provided me with a clear proposal, and time-line, and was consistently updating me with the work progress. I am extremely dissatisfied, and think that this user should be removed from as he will simply waste your time & money, and will also make look unreliable.
