Migrate existing MS-Excel and abandon MS-Access Database to a web browser base database. View able only by specific personnel from Department. In addition to develop concise regular monthly, mid-year and yearly report to the web browser. Data-Entry personnel will still used flat file to insert/delete new records. So procedural script was created set to run under job scheduled.
