I am a graduate of the AMA Computer College with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and a certificate in Basic Management from the Asian Institute of Management. I am interested in applying for any available position that is suited to my qualifications. I am a hardworking, honest, determined, and willing to learn individual - traits of which I believe would be of great advantage for the position. I have various experiences in managing different types of companies that is related to customer service and I also have extensive experience in the BPO industry dealing with various technical accounts. My previous work experience in operations molded me to be more of a mentor to the people around me. I over saw the completion of manpower, technical, structural, operational and managerial requirements of all the companies I managed in the past. To ensure productivity, I emphasize more on training and education. I try to guide the people around me and equip them with the proper tools that they would need to maximize their performance, and still maintain a relaxed working environment.
