The GIS Project deals with Creating a large database of all geo-Graphical Information (GIS) of Topographical Details and MAP information in Andrapradesh. The scope of the project is to build interfaces for Tablet PCs /WAP devices so that the field agents can capture the data in a local cache and then push it to the centralized server when they are connected to the network. The GIS data is used by Various GIS Applications (Microstation, IGEOVEC etc.,) and Customized applications (Developed with .net Technoligies)through LAN Network for further use. Crystal Reports were used for reporting purposes.
