(Example: end user chooses customer ID, system collects information on customer and inputs data automatically (e.g. address, discount validity etc.)) - Mathematical calculations performed instantaneously. - Automatic conversion of invoice into one-page PDF for immediate printing and email, with automated PDF file link created in invoice archival sheet. - Automatic reconciliation/update of stock levels, with low level stock alerts. - Automated data archival and processing solution that saves invoice data into new sheet, ready for financial/stock/customer trend/paid vs unpaid job analysis. - Additional implementation of macros, including fuel trip cost calculator (enter start address and end address, system then calculates fuel consumption based on current fuel price & miles per gallon of vehicle).
