We are data entry firm named Business Process Outsourcing of Bangladesh (BPOBD) with a capacity of 200k data each day (24 hr) shift. We are looking for long term contract with companies like you. We have a total 60 computers working 4 shifts a day with 24/7 service time. None of the employee is allowed to work more than the shift. Our system is designed in such a way that in total 6 hour of service, all the interface shut down on the 5 hour 55 minute time, and starts on exactly the 6th hours. So every employee has enough time to take his/her positions in front of the workstations. Each of the employees is well paid with more than the country standard salary, with other additional benefits. We have a performance appraisal system 2 times a year. Employees are appraised in following categories – 1. Accuracy. 2. Amount of out put 3. Amount of improvements done in performance in between the appraisal periods. The increment of salary depends on the above criteria, and that is why all of our work force is highly competitive. Though most of the employees are contractual, but they are still given two festival bonuses every year other than the general increment process.
