Battery casing design broken puzzle
This was designed optimised iterated to pass all the test it has been put through especially impact testing and costing through CAD and Prototyping to do study and use CAE and Physical testing to generate analysis results. It took 5 months with 2 days of work every week in the presence of client (He insisted upon it and did his homework well before every visit to better the design).
