I'm a Business Management graduate with more than six (6) years background in banking and with seven (7) years call center experience. Currently, I'm one of the Central Documentation Specialist in one of the fast growing call centers in the Philippines. I'm very driven in my work to the point that I can become a workaholic. I'm also kind of a perfectionist which is very handy especially in my current job wherein I have access to confidential information. Not only do I possess initiative by working with minimal or no supervision at all but I also am a quick learner. I'm a firm believer that in order to succeed, one must not be afraid to ask questions...one must always be open to learning something new everyday.
