Bilawal has more then seven years of work experience in the field of Project Management and I have completed my MBA with the specialization in Project Management. Since 2014 I am working in Social Development sector where I have manage several projects on the theme of Peacebuilding, Democratic governance, youth development, women empowerment, gender equality and social inclusion, conflict resolution and livelihood. During these project I have experience all project management cycle phases from baseline to end line assessment. While working with youth I got experience of reviewing the proposals and providing feedback and youth management. I have plan, organize and execute several events including National level conferences, workshop, policy dialogue, consultations and youth camps. As I was the focal person for 2 of the projects so I did the exercise to tracking budget spending, monitoring the deliverables, projects scheduling and mapping as well as development of reports with data analytics.
