Press machine that punch, bend & cut bars of copper with thickness of 12 mm and width 100 mm. our project team developed that machine to be controlled by a computer system. Our project have an excellent degrees with admire of all doctors were asking us and it was said “Our faculty had given a very good project and a new very good collaborated team for the market”

Working on programming the Computer VAX machine that have special operating system with special language to control all the automated gates & collecting all the sits data from the RTU units.
Making a special PLC program for controlling pumps of pump station at El fayom to make sequential rising of water by each tow pump.

Making sit studies for all necessary equipment that have to be added for the RTU units to make development for sites that enable us to control gates automatically by these units. The study was on mechanical & electronic equipments.
Workshop Engineer At TECHNICAL TRADING Co. agent of FACCO poultry equipment & MULMIX My job was calculating No. of beams, cutting it with tolerance about 1mm & welding it to make trusses for chicken chambers by using one cutting disk & one arc welding machine, We did 56 truss in 2.5 week & productivity is going higher to reach range of 56 truss in 1.5 week. This was a challenge for us to make that trusses in such a small workshop space with a help of unqualified tools.
Working as Instrumentation Sales Eng at AEE (Advanced Electronic Engineering) dealing with several products likes PLC ( MITSUBISHI ), Level & Pressure Equipments (VEGA) , and Process & Temp. Controller (ASCON),Counters & Encoders (Kubler), Load cells & Pressure (tecsis), Control Valves &db Transmitters (FISCHER), Speed controllers (EUROTHERM DRIVES).achieving good deal & very good relationships with factories at El Obour City & Badr City
Working as Technical Support & Sales Engineer (TSE)at ALPHA GROUP (The sole Agent of the Japanese company FUJI Electric ) for Frequency Inverters, Contactors , Molded Case Circuit Breaker , Over Load , Timers ,relays and also dealing with the temperature controller and chart recorders from the Japanese company SHINKO ,PLC national ( NAIS ) , touch & text display (smart face) , servo motors, load cells & flow meters.
Working At ( ANYSHINI ) as CNC Technical Support Engineer & Sales Engineer for other wood working machines. I had a good Training on how to work with the CNC router type Rover B2.3 by the expert and learning how to make maintenance for the machine done by the company (BIESSE) which is the producer of that type of machine.
