Founded in 2007 by Owner and Operator, Hilary L. Brooks, A Virtual Edge relieves our clients of administrative responsibilities, thereby enabling them to focus efforts on the growth of their business. Hilary brings over 10 years of administrative management experience to head the team at A Virtual Edge, seven years of which were spent in a Virtual Assistant capacity. During this time, Hilary perfected her client relations skills and spent countless hours researching the numerous and varied aspects of business. Previously, as the Business Operations Manager for the USA based mobileSPA franchise, Hilary was responsible for marketing and sales initiatives, client relations, recruiting, invoicing, and overall management of the spa team. In addition, Hilary has performed similar functions for other companies and business owners on a contract basis, which include responsibilities such as web site updates, marketing, sales, accounting, executive assistance, Internet research, and others. All professionals at A Virtual Edge have been hand selected based on their experience, background, skills, business ethics, and professionalism. Each professional has been tested by means of Brainbench certification or other methodology. All professionals have degrees from accredited universities or comparable work experience. Many have also pursued other forms of continuing education and hold various designations in their field of expertise.
