I have had over 20 years experience with information technology, covering nearly all current and legacy hardware and software with proficiency extending to nearly all areas of computer technology. This experience extends into the following specialties: hardware, software, design, theory, development, deployment, management and support. My extensive background allows for rapid change and absorption of any information required to both perform and become proficient with the required job or task. I am the owner of Arkansas IS LLC and a freelance engineer. Arkansas IS LLC is partnered and certified with all major companies such as IBM, Microsoft, HP, Dell, and many others. The actual company has operated un-incorporated since 1996. Specializing in hardware’s software, graphics and web based technologies. As a company I have managed and performed the life cycle roll-outs for Tyson, APAC and Dollar Thrifty. My engineering experience extends to knowledge of structural regulations, principle, code and civic legislation in all locations which I practice. I have a generalized knowledge of all standards, regulations, codes, and statutes which may be required or enforced, or the ability to research such regulations as may be needed. My company and I are licensed in Oklahoma, as a Master Locksmith/Engineer (CC#1368) specific to intrusive or restrictive technology, or related technologies. I am a certified telephony network integration engineer. I specialize in software specific to criminal justice, data recovery, data reconstruction, municipal, library, court, fire and medical facilities. In the time as a consultant for the three cities I support, I have designed and implemented a wireless water system for each. I was project manager for 15 Wal-Mart Rollouts, while a consultant with Symbol. I currently support four local courts and three district courts. Since my entry into this field, I have held nearly every position in information technology; as such I am able to fill any position which requests my services. I served as senior engineer for Arkansas Crime and Information Center. I was a regional network telephony integration engineer for Voice Products, Inc. While serving as senior engineer with ACIC I wrote the updates for the Victims Identification Network, and DataMax2000 software. I co-wrote the Sex Offenders website, built the server and database. While with ACIC I built and migrated the states PDC, BDC, SMS, and Checkpoint servers, built the Department of Corrections, and State Highway Patrol Web servers. In addition I built a multi-tier server to transfer data between the FBI, ACIC, State Police and other agencies post 9/11. I am a published author, published technical writer, and freelance-author for newspapers, periodicals and, books and other sources as the need requires. MILITARY, STATE AND FEDERAL CLEARANCE AND HISTORY I have served in both the US ARMY and US Marine Corps. While in the Army I served in multiple specialties, I have been a member of the Adjutant Generals Corps since 1988. I also served as Postal Carrier, Post Master, Postal Inspector, and have passed the US Army, Missouri and Arkansas Postal exams and am registered as a postal carrier in the state of Arkansas. I held the Nuclear Biological and Chemical NCO position, served as a machine gunner, and a platoon sergeant, and troop logistics NCO during the Gulf War. In the Marines I attended the Naval Marine Intelligence Training Academy, where I was trained in counter-intelligence, terrorism, security, satellite technologies, military theory, military visual intelligence, advanced computer technology, asset acquisition and usage and other intelligence related skills. I later qualified and entered 2nd Reconnaissance Battalion, qualified as a Dragon gunner, EOD, Tow and other shoulder fired rockets, and the technology behind them. I have and hold all levels of military, federal, state and local clearance received both while in and after the military. I have worked with the FBI, ACIC, Naval and Marine Intelligence. I have been cleared post 9/11 for and by ACIC, FBI, Arkansas Department of Corrections (Texarkana facility) and the Arkansas State Highway patrol. I am an expert in the security, surveillance, remote and satellite technologies, counter-terrorism, prisoner care and transportation, self defense.
