Commissioned for a sophisticated presentation kit welcoming new home owners to their residence. Responsible for the design of a ring bound hand-assembled folder kit. Involved overseeing the layout and design of the covers, and 10 custom-designed divider tabs. Using an array of photographed local flora along with metallic and sepia overlaid tones, to create a warm and inviting presentational kit. Reinforcing the development tagline "Live Amongst The Trees'.
