In addition to winning the world public speaking impromptu championships (random topics, 30 second preparation time, ten minute speeches, no notes allowed), I have won approximately 30 other local, regional, national, and international prepared and improvisational public speaking competitions. I have served as an executive public speaking coach for the last ten years, working with a wide range of business professionals, lawyers, media personality, and politicians. I also come from a strong sales and marketing background, which is especially valuable to my work in the business community--I am comfortable with the language, the tone, the objectives, and the tools necessary to use a presentation to close prospects, motivate staff, and connect with stakeholders.
