Built and Maintained systems in SAS, SQL, and Excel to compare performance of catalog test cells and evaluate statistical confidence of observed differences as an IT/ Market Research Analyst. Evaluated the scalability and profitability of the survey product line through assistance from production automation and product enhancements. Developed a reporting system with graphs, reports, and tables to be requested and viewed by the user. The reports were generated using SAS 8.2, SAS/Base, SAS/Graph, SAS/Report, SAS/Stat, SAS/Macros, Data Null and Proc. Developed field based information systems for order processing, sales reporting and forecasting. As a Contract Statistical Programmer, developed a database modeling and analysis project, designed to inform Manufacturer’s of their customer needs. Cleaned the data and provided automated customer profiling, using SAS, to address the needs of the Manufacturer. Developed and maintained decision support systems utilizing SAS, SAS/SQL to assist profit analysis, production control, inventory control and sales analysis for the Manufacturer. Programmer/analyst Performed Financial Data analysis of real time Stock market data extracted from Wharton Research Data Services (WRDS) using SAS. Generated Data sets to analyze data trends using standard SAS Procedures like Means, Freq, Univariate, etc. Simplified and reduced redundant processing by using SAS macros. Developed and executed a data reporting system to be implemented on a daily basis. Research Worked on “Statistical Variability Reduction and Capacity planning” in a Semi-Conductor Manufacturing Unit, using AutoSched AP, SQL and CPLEX . A Mathematical Model was developed which optimizes the lead-time and the variability for a given product in the production line. Implemented Hooke & Jeeves, Steepest Descent, Quasi-Newton (BFGS) and Conjugate Gradient Methods for an unconstrained Non-Linear Optimization problem using MATLAB for different Update Schemes. Simulated a Job Floor Environment in a Manufacturing Unit using ARENA. Collected data and performed analysis to reduce the waiting time, total processing time. Developed a graphic interface to access the database and to generate reports using VB.net and SQL. Designed and tested an interface “Chatting in a virtual School” using Java and HTML skills for usability studies.
