I lead the Performance Marketing division at an agency called How To Digital. My work involves Ad Management and Lead Generation on Facebook, Instagram and Google; including planning, managing and execution of campaigns and achieving client KPIs, as well as guiding the design and copy teams to create ads that convert. I thrive on making businesses build their brand footprint on the web through SEM, SEO optimised content, Website creation, SEM, Social Media marketing. I enjoy learning and have tried to keep evolving in my career. Along the way, I have spent 10 years in print media, about 2 years in events and sales, founded 2 businesses, freelanced as a consultant and now head the Performance Marketing division at How To Digital.
