I am a newly Master graduated student in Business law and Economics, specializing in project management and process optimization, by providing a comprehensive range of remote office services, research and translation to managers, business owners, start ups, and entrepreneurs. I’m fluent in English and French, but also bilingual in Russian and Romanian. My academic and professional experience taught me how to quickly adapt to new environment, situations, and meet tight deadlines. I’m able to work independently and efficiently. Combine with effective corporate communication skills, personal organizational ability and quick problem solving skills. As your virtual business (or personal) assistant, I’ll be your right hand. I can be engaged in firm’s projects and tasks, as well as in your personal assignments. I’m taking care of the routine: by conducting correspondence with clients, coordinating work with contractors, organizing and maintaining diaries, administrating groups in social networks, preparing materials for presentations and meetings, etc. I’ll be performing daily tactical tasks and taking into consideration the business processes of the company. Tasks from data entry to prepare and coordinate projects. I’ll be solving administrative issues and providing consulting services.
