I have more than 20 years of experience in the Information Technology field, working in various industries such as the oil & gas industry, newspaper publishing, investigative engineering services, small business and non-profit sectors. I was introduced to database design while serving in the United States Air Force for over 14 years. After holding the position of Circulation Systems Manager at the Statesman Journal newspaper, a Gannett property, I joined the Gannett corporate Information Technology team and worked to the position of project lead for application implementation and training for Gannett newspapers across the country. I also worked as a Business Analyst for the Norwegian-based software development (oil & gas) company, Epsis, where I was one of the original hires for their new U.S. based office. Have been working with MS Access since version 2.0. I have developed MS Access databases for internal implementation projects as well as for private commercial use.
